Guests of The Rosemann appreciate the ability to stay over - whether the night before, during or after the event - to plan, rest and recharge. Offering six charming bedrooms - including one hidden behind a bookcase on the first floor - five bedrooms feature en-suite bathrooms.

The Rosemann Pricing
Event-space-only rentals at The Rosemann run from 11 am to midnight. Please allow time for cleanup as all must vacate the property no later than 12 am. To discuss a half-day rental or a multiple day event, please Contact Us for pricing. Non-profits receive a discount. Should you wish to stay the night, a whole-house rental package is available, which includes all suites on the second and third floors! Check-out times for the whole-house package are flexible, depending on the event calendar.
